Job summary

Tidewater Community College is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator (Healthcare-Workforce Solutions) to support Nursing and Healthcare programs. The role reports to the AVP of Center for Workforce Solutions and focuses on planning, coordinating training aligned with local employer workforce needs.

The position handles scheduling, enrollment coordination, grade maintenance in WES, bookstore processing for healthcare courses, and providing customer service to prospective students.

Qualifications

• Scheduling healthcare classes and inputting course information into the Workforce Enterprise System (WES).
• Work with Enrollment team to ensure students are enrolled in the appropriate class.
• Maintain all grades for students completing training by inputting information into WES.
• Oversee bookstore processing for students entering healthcare courses.
• Provide customer service and follow up to students interested in training programs.
