Job summary

VCU Health seeks a Program Manager for the 20-month Petersburg Region Healthcare Workforce Expansion project. Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in project management, strategy and/or workforce development.
• Experience coordinating with educational institutions, community organizations and leaders.
• Proven ability to plan, develop and manage talent programs in support of career pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and support for 25 residents in the Petersburg Tri-Cities region.
• Partner with Brightpoint, Reynolds Community College and other colleges to design workforce development plans.
• Collaborate with VCU Health System leaders to assess workforce needs and hiring trends.
