• Progressively responsible experience in workforce development, training, education, business, industry, or related field.
• Experience coordinating projects, programs, training initiatives, or educational services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management tools.
• Strong organizational, project management, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to analyze data to support program improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops, launches, coordinates, and manages workforce education programs aligned with industry trends.
• Uses labor market data and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for new programs.
• Coordinates scheduling, enrollment processes, and program operations for efficient delivery.
• Provides student support and advising throughout enrollment and training.
• Recruits and oversees instructors to ensure instructional quality and compliance.
• Maintains program records and prepares required reports and documentation.
