Intuitive Health is seeking a Program Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for its ER/Urgent Care facilities. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance, and manage hospital partner relationships to ensure patient-centric care and strong financial results.

The role requires 7+ years in healthcare, 3+ years in healthcare management, and a track record in leading teams across multiple sites. Strong communication and department collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred, RN license preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience within the healthcare sector.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare management; multi-site experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead through servant leadership and collaborate across organizations.
• Solid understanding of Healthcare Operations and hospital-based reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and drive performance for ER/Urgent Care facilities.
• Manage P&L and coordinate with hospital partners and Medical Director.
• Lead facility leadership and front-office teams; promote patient-focused service.
• Ensure regulatory, licensing, and accreditation readiness.
• Participate in budget development with Regional VP and JOC.
• Support local marketing and patient satisfaction measurement.
• Lead provider recruitment and training in collaboration with hospital partners.
