Job summary

Intuitive Health is seeking a Program Director for its Freestanding ER and Urgent Care in Indiana, partnering with Baptist Health. You will oversee operations, manage budgets, and lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care across facilities.

The ideal candidate has an RN license, 5+ years of RN experience, and at least 3 years in healthcare leadership and 3 years in management; multi-site experience is a plus. Strong communication and strategic capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• At least 5 years of RN experience.
• At least 3 years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Minimum 7 years in the healthcare sector.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare management; multi-site experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations for freestanding ER and urgent care.
• Own complete P&L for the facility.
• Coordinate operations with Nursing, Radiology, Laboratory, etc.
• Lead Clinical Managers with Medical Director collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive patient-focused service culture and satisfaction metrics.
• Coordinate clinical recruitment and staff training with partner.
• Participate in budget development with executive leadership.
• Monitor and report facility performance metrics and growth.
• Support local marketing activities and growth initiatives.
