Job summary

Intuitive Health seeks a Program Director for Emergency and Urgent Care to lead Free-Standing ER and Urgent Care operations, drive P&L performance, and manage hospital partner relationships.

You will oversee daily operations, build regional teams, recruit and train staff, ensure policy compliance, and champion a patient-centered service culture. Local travel to facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA preferred; RN license preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience within the healthcare sector.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare management; multi-site management preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for ER/Urgent Care facilities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and drive financial performance.
• Lead facility leadership and front office teams; coordinate with hospital partners.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote patient-centered service and improve patient experience.
