Job summary

Intuitive Health is seeking a Program Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for ER/Urgent Care facilities. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance, and manage partner relationships with hospital systems to ensure high standards of service.

Candidates should have extensive healthcare leadership experience, be skilled in P&L management, and collaborate across departments to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' experience within the healthcare sector.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare management.
• Experience with multi-site management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and strategic operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility-level operations for ER/UC sites including P&L responsibility.
• Coordinate with hospital departments and Medical Director.
• Lead and develop facility leadership and front office teams.
• Drive patient experience improvements and operational efficiency.
• Assist in budget development and financial performance tracking.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and partner relationships are managed.
