Job summary

Intuitive Health in Seattle seeks a Program Director to lead Freestanding ER & Urgent Care facilities. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across sites, driving performance, patient experience, and partner relationships.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage the P&L, and develop the facility leadership team while collaborating with the RVP of Operations, Medical Director, and hospital partners to achieve targets and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in healthcare with 3+ years in management.
• Experience in multi-site healthcare operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and strategic execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility level operations for freestanding ER and urgent care.
• Own complete P&L and ensure financial performance.
• Coordinate with hospital departments and Medical Director.
• Develop and mentor facility leadership teams.
• Drive patient experience improvements and service quality.
• Ensure regulatory, licensing, and accreditation readiness.
• Support local marketing and growth of center volumes.
• Manage customer service experience and satisfaction metrics.
