Job summary

Intuitive Health is seeking a Program Director for Emergency and Urgent Care to provide strategic and operational leadership across Free-Standing ERs and Urgent Care Hospital Outpatient Departments. You will drive site performance, coach facility leadership, and manage relationships with hospital partners and the Medical Director.

The role requires RN license preferred, 7+ years in healthcare with 3+ years in healthcare management, and strong communication skills to lead cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA preferred; RN license preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience within the healthcare sector.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare management required; multi-site management preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate across organizations.
• Solid understanding of Healthcare Operations and hospital-based reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for assigned ER/Urgent Care facilities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, drive operational performance and patient experience.
• Lead facility leadership and front office teams; collaborate with partners and Medical Director.
• Manage P&L and integration with hospital departments; coordinate clinical recruitment and training.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation preparedness and participate in budget development.
