The ideal candidate has extensive healthcare leadership experience, a track record in multi-site operations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the healthcare sector.
• 3+ years in healthcare management; multi-site experience preferred.
• RN license preferred.
• Aligns with core values and servant leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication and relationship skills.
• Ability to work across multiple organizations and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for ER/Urgent Care facilities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance and efficiency.
• Lead and develop facility leadership and front office teams.
• Collaborate with RVP of Operations, Medical Director, hospital partners and stakeholders.
