• Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist caregivers with onboarding, orientation, credentialing, and system access.
• Provide ongoing support to field staff and resolve issues to ensure successful assignments.
• Maintain accurate records of caregiver credentials and client information.
• Communicate updates and assignment details clearly with stakeholders.
• Support timekeeping, payroll, and schedule confirmations.
• Ensure caregiver compliance with regulatory standards with Compliance team.
• Generate reports for internal teams and clients.
• Act as liaison between caregivers, clients, and internal departments.
