Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Program Coordinator Lead to ensure smooth delivery of homecare services for PACE programs. You will mentor coordinators, escalate issues, and drive service excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction.

The role serves as a liaison across departments and with clients, guiding teams, documenting standards, and maintaining high-quality operations while supporting care partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative or coordinator experience.
• Healthcare or staffing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead peers and resolve escalations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and support Program Coordinators for consistent service.
• Serve as first escalation point for complex issues from caregivers or clients.
• Monitor daily activities to ensure policies and service standards.
• Develop process improvements and training materials.
• Coordinate caregiver onboarding and credentialing to ensure compliance.
• Maintain client relationships and regular satisfaction check-ins.
• Provide frontline support to health care professionals.
