Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide operational, administrative, and customer support for our PACE homecare programs.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, credentialing, and compliance tracking to ensure caregivers are prepared and client needs are met. You will maintain records, support timekeeping and payroll, communicate updates to caregivers and clients, and act as liaison among internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely service

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of administrative or client support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Experience with VMS technology or client portals.

Responsibilities

• Assist caregivers with onboarding, orientation, credentialing, and system access.
• Provide ongoing support to field staff by addressing questions and issues.
• Maintain accurate caregiver credentials, certificates, and licensures.
• Communicate updates and assignment details clearly and promptly.
• Manage timekeeping issues and review timecards for processing.
• Serve as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and internal departments.
• Assist with audits and prepare reports for internal teams.
• May participate in offsite job fairs or events and provide after-hours coverage.
