Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare is seeking a Program Coordinator Lead to ensure smooth delivery of homecare services for PACE programs. The role includes mentoring Program Coordinators, handling escalations, and driving compliance across departments to maximize client satisfaction.

You will oversee onboarding, maintain caregiver credentials, and train staff to meet policy standards while collaborating with Compliance for regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative, client support, or coordinator experience; leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
• Healthcare or staffing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead peers, resolve escalated issues, and support cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to Program Coordinators to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Serve as the first line of escalation for complex issues raised by caregivers, clients, or internal stakeholders.
• Monitor daily activities of Program Coordinators to ensure adherence to policies and service standards.
• Develop and implement process improvements, documentation standards, and best practices across the team.
• Facilitate regular check-ins with coordinators to address challenges and promote collaboration.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, credentialing, and system access for caregivers.
• Build strong relationships with clients to support satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular client check-ins and satisfaction reviews.
