Qualifications

• 3–5 years of healthcare operations leadership experience.
• Experience in multi-service healthcare environments.
• HIPAA, OSHA and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Level 2 background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinic operations and workflow.
• Oversee billing readiness and insurance/documentation accuracy.
• Manage clinic budget, staffing, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across departments (chiropractic, medical, imaging, rehab, procedures).
• Ensure compliance and readiness for audits.
