Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in healthcare operations management, incl. 2+ years in medical clinics.
• Knowledge of value-based care models and healthcare regulations.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare information systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including patient flow, scheduling, staffing, and resource management.
• Implement value-based care strategies with clinical leadership.
• Supervise staff performance, development, and engagement.
• Manage the center’s P&L, including budgeting and financial reporting.
• Monitor KPIs related to patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and efficiency.
• Lead quality improvement and patient experience initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies.
• Coordinate with Finance, Compliance, Population Health to support integrated care.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff.
• Demonstrate experience in staff supervision and financial oversight.
