Job summary

Orlando Health seeks a Practice Manager to oversee ambulatory/physician office operations across multiple sites, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality patient care. You will lead staff, coordinate with physicians and leadership, and drive budgets, variances, and revenue projections.

You will develop strategic growth plans with physician leadership, monitor reimbursement, and guide staff through performance standards and training, maintaining compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in healthcare, business or related field; or two years of directly related work experience may substitute for the degree.
• Three years of experience in a lead role.
• Experience with budgeting, reporting and financial analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversees ambulatory/physician office operations across multiple sites.
• Establishes relationships with physicians, employees, payers, patients and the public.
• Manages budgeting and monthly variances with senior leadership.
• Leads monthly business reviews with physicians and nursing leadership; develops action plans.
• Performs reimbursement analyses and monitors revenue projections.
