Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant training from an approved technical school or higher.
• BLS Healthcare Provider Certification and one of CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of clinical staff in the department.
• Hire, supervise, assign work, coach, and take disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with service line leaders to ensure clinical quality and standardization.
• Prepare management reports and support practice development.
• Schedule staffing to meet workload and drive efficiency.
