Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in healthcare operations management, incl. 2+ years managing medical clinics.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare information systems.
• Experience managing profit and loss (P&L) operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including patient flow, scheduling, staffing, and resource management.
• Implement and manage value-based care strategies in collaboration with clinical leadership.
• Supervise and support staff performance, development, and team engagement.
• Manage the center’s Profit & Loss (P&L), budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting.
• Monitor KPIs related to patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and operational efficiency.
• Lead quality improvement and patient experience initiatives aligned with care delivery goals.
