Qualifications

• Considerable knowledge of modern office procedures, practices, and equipment.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Background in department terminology is desirable.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in applying policies and procedures.
• Ability to plan, assign, review work and supervise.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Patient-centered, outcome-driven approach to care environment.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to department goals and adheres to policies, procedures, quality and safety standards.
• Oversees day-to-day administrative activities and staff scheduling; covers vacancies as needed.
• Develops and coaches staff; conducts evaluations and documents performance.
• Manages department budget, billing, and monthly financial reporting for the clinic.
• Collaborates with nursing, staff, patients and other departments to improve associate satisfaction and patient experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare/Business

Master's degree in Health Administration or related field
