Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business, or Management required or equivalent related experience.
• 3-4 years related experience preferred, especially in a management position in ambulatory settings.
• RN license required or state licensure.
• Knowledge of credentialing, quality assurance, accreditation standards (AAAHC/JCAHO) and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to organize, lead, and coordinate cross-functional teams and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develops and deploys surgery center operating policies and procedures.
• Manages clinical and administrative personnel, including recruitment, training, supervision, and retention.
• Oversees financial performance and budgeting for the surgery center.
• Coordinates information systems and reporting, including Board materials and continuous quality improvement.
