Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Practice Manager for Heightstown Medical Associates under the Penn Medicine Medical Group. You will provide strategic operational leadership across administrative, financial, regulatory, quality, HR, and patient satisfaction domains for a multi-location practice.

Responsibilities include staffing supervision, workflow optimization, and ensuring efficient patient care processes while collaborating with leadership, affiliates and external partners to drive performance

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
• Associate of Arts or Science (Preferred)
• Education Specialization: Equivalent Experience: And 4+ years Relevant experience, including at least 1 year prior management experience in a healthcare setting (Required)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations including patient scheduling, billing and coordination of services/facilities.
• Champion quality initiatives with providers and staff and focus on patient satisfaction.
• Maintain a patient/customer focus and monitor satisfaction scores and financial performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and financial accountability within the practice.
• Coordinate with embedded specialists, external stakeholders, and UPHS providers.
• Manage the practice staff directly and indirectly, providing leadership and development.
