Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking an Associate Practice Manager to lead and coordinate administrative, financial, regulatory, quality, HR, and clinical activities for the PPC and Integrative Medicine practices.

You will drive efficient daily operations, support high-quality patient care, and oversee scheduling, billing, and service coordination while championing patient satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED (Required).
• 3+ years of relevant management experience in healthcare (preferred).
• Associate's Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic operational leadership for administrative, financial, regulatory, quality, HR, patient/employee satisfaction, and clinical aspects.
• Ensure daily practice operations run efficiently including patient scheduling, billing, and coordination of services.
• Champion quality initiatives with providers and staff and maintain patient/customer focus.
• Achieve financial goals related to budget and manage staff (directly and indirectly).
• Review processes to improve workflow, implement technology and best practices, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as liaison to embedded specialists, external stakeholders, and UPHS providers; manage practice staff.
