Job summary

Redeemer Health is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day management of HRPAS community practices across PA & NJ. You will set goals, monitor performance, and report findings to the Director while supervising office managers and clinical staff.

You will ensure physicians have the support, supplies, and equipment needed, and may back up scheduling, precertification, or hospitalization tasks. Strong billing and compliance focus is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School diploma required.
• 5 years of health care management experience required.
• Knowledge and experience with EMRs; (preferably Athena).
• Knowledge of PC based electronic billing systems.
• Excellent knowledge of physician practice reimbursement methodologies and medical terminology.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding.
• Knowledge of insurance plans.
• Able to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word; Excel; PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day practice management for HRPAS community practices.
• Set annual goals, monitor performance, and present findings to Director.
• Supervise office managers, office coordinators and clinical/support staff.
• Ensure physicians have adequate day-to-day practice support, supplies and equipment.
• Back up advanced office tasks: scheduling templates, precert procedures or hospitalization, scheduling surgery.
• Ensure accurate billing and AR follow-up; optimize resource use and service quality.
