Job summary

Redeemer Health in Meadowbrook, PA is seeking a Practice Manager to provide day-to-day practice management oversight across HRPAS community-based practices. You will set annual goals, monitor performance, and present findings to the Director.

You will supervise office managers, coordinators, and clinical staff, ensuring physicians have adequate support, supplies, and equipment. As a back-up, you may handle scheduling templates, precertifications, or hospitalizations, and scheduling of surgeries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School diploma required.
• 5 years of health care management experience required.
• Knowledge and experience with EMRs (Athena) preferred.
• Knowledge of PC-based electronic billing systems.
• Excellent knowledge of physician practice reimbursement methodologies and medical terminology.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding.
• Knowledge of insurance plans.
• Able to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word; Excel; PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day practice management oversight to HRPAS community based practices.
• Set annual goals, monitor performance, and present findings to the Director.
• Supervise office managers, office coordinators and clinical and support staff.
• Ensure physicians have adequate day-to-day practice support, supplies and equipment.
• Back up as needed for scheduling templates, precert procedures or hospitalization, and scheduling surgery.
• Exhibit independent decision making abilities.
• Ensure practice billing and AR follow-up are accurate and timely.
• Focus on efficient resource use and high-quality service in line with HRPAS/HRHS goals.
