Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily practice operations in New Jersey. You will supervise clinical and clerical staff, coordinate scheduling, billing processes, and patient satisfaction initiatives while partnering with the Practice Administrator to drive improvements.

This role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience or an associate's degree in Business Management or related health field.
• Supervisory experience required; excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, positive attitude, ability to multitask, organized, flexible.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Responsibilities

• Office Management: liaison between Practice Administrator, providers, and team; coordinate activities to promote teamwork and smooth patient flow.
• Operation Improvement: develop goals with the Practice Administrator; implement policies and efficient procedures.
• Billing/Financial Oversight: oversee billing, data entry, posting, and end-of-day procedures; prepare monthly reports.
• Other duties and/or projects as assigned; adhere to organizational competencies and standards.
• Lifts and stands as required by the job.
