Job summary

LevelUP HCS is seeking a Practice Manager to lead the operations and people functions across the medical site, aligning day-to-day activities with the healthcare home model and strategic goals. You will oversee patient services, financial management, staff development, and collaboration with clinical leadership to ensure efficient, compliant operations and exceptional patient care.

A Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration is required; 5+ years of healthcare management experience is expected,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare management or practice administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and direct day-to-day operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, staff productivity, and patient satisfaction.
• Direct analysis/intervention related to clinic issues and care delivery activities.
• Address issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients and drive improvement.
• Serve as liaison with security staff to ensure strong partnerships.
• Set priorities, timelines, and accountability for resource use.
• Manage staff including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with medical home departments and operations leadership.
• Develop and implement business strategies with administrative teams and providers.
• Foster a positive, safety-focused work culture with staff development.
• Adhere to agency policies including Confidentiality and Standards of Conduct.
