• Assist doctors with non-clinical patient concerns and questions.
• Support leadership in policy implementation and servant leadership strategy.
• Collaborate with HR to hire quality non-clinical staff and reduce turnover.
• Organize monthly meetings and daily huddles to improve communication.
• Ensure HIPAA and privacy policies are followed; protect patient information.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and managed care components to optimize staffing.
