Job summary

Shared Practices Group in Durham, NC is seeking a Practice Operations Manager to lead daily performance, coach the team, and own the patient experience from first call to final outcome. This in-office role combines sales strategy, operations leadership, and revenue growth with a focus on meeting monthly collection targets.

You will supervise the Sales Consultant and clinical staff, drive KPI tracking, implement policies, and ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership or sales-focused role.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and coach performance.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily pacing sheet and track daily collections targets.
• Monitor monthly accounts receivable and identify production gaps and opportunities.
• Plan daily callbacks with Smile Consultant and track conversions.
• Lead huddles with a sales lens and drive accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations for efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Track and report weekly KPIs via the practice scorecard.
