• 3–5 years in a professional environment with leadership experience.
• At least 3 years in leadership/management with direct customer contact.

Responsibilities

• Understand business responsibilities and KPIs; forecast results and balance budgets.
• Provide highest standard of customer service to uphold CARE mission.
• Lead non-clinical patient issue resolution with doctors and staff.
• Support servant leadership and implement corporate policies.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure employment laws and policies are followed.
• Build positive relationships with doctors; organize monthly leadership meetings.
• Manage deposits, petty cash, and financial controls according to policy.
• Follow HIPAA and privacy/security policies to protect patient information.
• Oversee staff scheduling and payroll to optimize productivity and costs.
• Partner with HR to hire quality non-clinical talent; reduce turnover.
• Ensure staff are trained on processes, policies, and procedures.
• Facilitate staff meetings and daily huddles to share updates and learn.
• Complete HR and payroll docs; ensure timesheets are verified and signed.
• Develop corrective action plans with HR; coordinate on PIPs for staff.
• Market the practice locally (Chamber of Commerce, health fairs).
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and policies.
• Perform additional tasks to achieve company goals.
• Build a capable, customer-focused practice aligned with company vision.
