The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or 5–7 years of healthcare supervisory experience; CMPE certification is preferred, with 3–5 years in a healthcare leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 5–7 years healthcare experience with at least two years in a supervisory role.
• CMPE certification preferred.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain licenses/certifications for practices.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure efficient practice operations.
• Monitor expenses, revenue, and budgets to meet financial targets.
