Luminis Health, Inc. is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the overall operation, financial performance, and administration of two to four physician practices. The role emphasizes operational improvements, patient experience, and collaboration with AAMC stakeholders and other HCE functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in business administration, health administration, finance or related field (required).
• Five years of experience managing a private physician practice (preferred).
• Proficient in spreadsheet software and database systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meets at regular intervals with office staff to implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Leads development of an annual operating budget for each practice and monitors charge capture.
• Oversees day-to-day office operations and policy adherence for efficiency.
• Meets regularly with physicians to discuss operational issues and act as office spokesperson for outside contacts.
• Ensures regulatory compliance including HIPAA and maintains licenses and documents.
• Approves payroll and expenditures according to policy; communicates financial information to providers.
