The ideal candidate will have at least two years in private physician office management, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task across operations and staff development.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in private physician office management.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software and database systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Select, mentor, and develop all practice employees.
• Meet with office staff regularly to implement procedures and improve efficiency.
• Process bi-weekly payroll for all practice employees.
• Cooperate with central functions and stakeholders relevant to the practice.
• Approve expenditures and ordering of supplies per policies.
• Implement strategic initiatives and provide administrative support to physicians.
• Communicate financial and billing information with providers.
• Maintain contact with Executive/Practice Director on issues.
• Monitor daily charge capture and feedback to Central Billing Office.
• Assist in quality enhancement programs and HIPAA compliance.
