Job summary

OptumCare is seeking a Practice Supervisor to support the Practice Manager and operational leadership across the clinic. You will supervise front- and back-office staffing, ensure accurate patient intake, and optimize schedules and performance to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct healthcare experience as a Lead or Supervisor.
• Experience in clinical roles preferred (e.g., medical assisting, nursing, radiology, lab).
• Ability to work with patients, physicians and staff to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversees front-end Revenue Cycle operations and staffing.
• Process Improvement: Leads workflow efficiency initiatives with staff and physicians.
• Training & Onboarding: Provides orientation and training for new hires.
• Project & Change Management: Participates in projects to improve operations.
• Budget & Communication Oversight: Assists in budgeting and cross-functional communication.
