Qualifications

• RN License
• BLS
• Seven (7) years of professional nursing experience is required. Supervisor experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and participates in patient care operations.
• Ensures continuous quality improvement initiatives are developed, implemented and evaluated.
• Ensures compliance with institutional, divisional, unit-based policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements.
• Provides financial oversight including supply inventory, equipment budget preparation and implementation.
• Ensures performance to annual budget by taking corrective action when appropriate.
• Oversees selection, supervision, development and evaluation of staff.
• Develops, monitors and enforces productivity and performance standards.
• Maintains all practice standards.
• Develops staffing plans and justifies incremental resources.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
