Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare management experience.
- Experience with staffing, budgeting, and operations in healthcare.
- Lean training preferred.
- Experience with MS Excel and MS Word.
Responsibilities
- Directs and supervises all operations for the assigned area.
- Coordinates provider activities with the medical dyad.
- Oversees staffing, budgeting, and fiscal planning.
- Manages equipment purchases and facility development.
- Collaborates with physicians, managers, and senior administrators.
- Oversees telecommunications and physician recruitment/relations.
