Qualifications

• Education required: Associate degree in health administration, business administration, management and organizational development, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in health administration, business administration, management and organizational development, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a health care practice or supervisory role (experience may substitute for degree).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all functions within the practice portfolio to ensure efficient service for patients, physicians, and staff.
• Ensure adherence to established goals, policies, procedures and systems for practice management.
• Monitor patient flow, schedule, and daily operations; make independent decisions affecting daily operations.
• Oversee staffing, hiring, performance reviews, promotions, and staff development.
