Job summary

AHN is seeking a Physician Practice Manager for Primary Care to oversee daily operations of a multi-location clinic. You will supervise office staff, manage scheduling, referrals, and patient flow while ensuring efficient revenue processes and quality improvement.

The role requires leadership experience in ambulatory healthcare settings, strong communication, and the ability to interact professionally with patients and providers. On-site work with standard business hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical office processes and health care systems.
• Able to plan, organize and lead a team responsible for revenue contribution.
• Maintain patient flow and interact professionally with patients, providers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of a practice with 3+ FTE clinicians across locations.
• Supervises scheduling, medication refills, insurance authorizations, cash handling and quality monitoring.
• Directs orientation, training and management of office personnel and patient flow.
