Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Practice Manager for Reidland Family Medicine in Kentucky. The role directs operations, supports providers, and leads staff to achieve high-quality patient care and financial goals.

You will oversee scheduling, revenue cycles, and data reporting to optimize efficiency and outcomes. The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma (AA/BA preferred), 4 years of healthcare experience, and 2 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (AA/BA preferred).
• BLS Basic Life Support – American Heart Association (Preferred, required if performing clinical functions, within 90 days of hire).
• 4 years of recent experience in healthcare (required).
• 2 years of supervisory experience (required).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the practice, including staff and provider schedules, performance management, and ensure timely communication with team members.
• Facilitates troubleshooting and follow up to ensure effective provider, staff, customer and peer relationships.
• Adheres to quality, compliance and risk standards for the day-to-day operations of the physician practice(s).
• Manages revenue cycle processes including registration workflows, work queues, copays, daily cash drawer, bank deposits, and coding compliance.
• Reviews practice data and identifies variances; analyzes financial and billing reports to aid planning and budgeting.

Education

High school diploma (required)

Associate's or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
