The ideal candidate will have healthcare facilities leadership experience, CHFM certification, and strong knowledge of hospital systems, with a focus on cost control and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of healthcare engineering or facilities management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and hospital building systems.
• Proven leadership, project management, and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• CHFM certification and experience with Joint Commission and OSHA requirements preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance, repairs, HVAC, utilities, buildings, and grounds
• Lead and develop engineering and maintenance staff
• Manage renovations, capital projects, and equipment upgrades
