Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Five years of facilities and plant operations management experience in a healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, building codes, and accreditation standards.
• Proven track record managing large-scale capital projects and budgets.
• Expertise in building systems, preventive maintenance, and energy management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees day-to-day facilities operations across the Saint Francis Health System.
• Leads planning and execution of capital and non-capital construction projects with scope, design, cost, and schedule management.
• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget while minimizing disruption to patient care.
• Chairs and leads the Environment of Care Committee for risk assessments and safety coordination.
• Maintains compliance with life safety standards and regulatory requirements.
