Haven Behavioral Healthcare, part of Oceans Healthcare, seeks a Director of Plant Operations to lead the facility's Plant Operations Department, covering physical plant, engineering, grounds, security and safety.

The role ensures compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and state regulations, and supports construction/remodeling projects with organizational leadership; oversees safety programs and the Environment of Care.

Qualifications

• Educational / Experience Requirements: a minimum of 5 years in Facilities Management; healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of facility buildings, equipment, and utilities.
• Experience managing a Plant Operations Department including EVS, Security, Grounds, Biomed, etc.
• College degree in Engineering preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Plant Operations Program including facility maintenance, life safety, and housekeeping operations.
• Inspect facility operations and maintain maintenance records; coordinate with corporate director for audits and training.
• Lead bid processes and coordinate repairs with outside vendors.
• Direct Plant Operations staff and ensure safe, cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
