Job summary
Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a qualified professional to enhance care delivery within our Emergency Services Program, featuring a state-of-the-art ER and Observation Unit. The role emphasizes education, quality improvement initiatives, and data-driven performance analysis to improve patient outcomes.
You will develop educational materials, lead hands-on learning sessions, and collaborate with nursing leadership on best practices and research while upholding confidentiality and safety
Qualifications
- Baccalaureate Degree required.
- 8 years of clinical experience in a relevant discipline.
- Lean certification highly recommended.
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality recommended.
Responsibilities
- Coaches and collaborates with leadership to drive process improvements.
- Develops educational materials for the service line and teaches monthly classes.
- Collaborates with nursing leadership on best practice and nursing research.
- Adheres to network policies and protects patient confidentiality.
- Aggregates and analyzes data to measure performance with established criteria.
- Ensures teams are data driven and outcome oriented.
