Job summary
Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic seeks a Performance Excellence / Project Manager to provide operational support across nursing quality, safety, regulatory, and strategic initiatives. The role reports to the Director of Clinical Support Services and aims to align Quality and Nursing, driving accountability and standardized project management.
You'll partner with nursing and quality teams, track progress on Magnet readiness and patient safety initiatives, and support data-driven decision making to
Qualifications
- RN licensure in applicable state(s).
- BSN degree from an accredited nursing school.
- MSN preferred or higher credentialing.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects related to quality, safety, and nursing excellence.
- Partner with nursing and quality teams to operationalize performance improvement initiatives.
- Track and drive progress on Magnet readiness and regulatory preparedness.
- Improve consistency, follow-through, and visibility across initiatives.
- Support data-driven decision-making and outcome measurement.
