• RN licensure in the applicable state(s) of practice
• BSN degree from an accredited nursing school; Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to quality, safety, and nursing excellence
• Partner with nursing and quality teams to operationalize performance improvement initiatives
• Track and drive progress on strategic priorities (e.g., Magnet readiness, regulatory preparedness, patient safety initiatives)
• Improve consistency, follow-through, and visibility across initiatives
• Support data-driven decision-making and outcome measurement
