Job summary

Qualifications
- Baccalaureate degree required with substantial clinical background.
- 8 years of clinical experience in the relevant discipline.
- Lean and healthcare quality certification highly recommended.
- Strong communication, data management and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Coaches and collaborates with leadership to drive process improvements.
- Develops educational materials for the service line and teaches monthly classes.
- Collaborates with nursing leadership on best practice and research.
- Aggregates and analyzes data to measure performance and drive outcomes.
- Mentors, clinicians and educators in quality improvement initiatives.
