You'll handle payroll processing, onboarding, HRIS integrity, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance while maintaining confidentiality and professional service across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in healthcare or related environment preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of payroll and/or HR experience required.
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing, timekeeping, and employee records.
• Working knowledge of payroll practices, wage and hour regulations, and employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll software preferred.
• Strong conflict resolution and employee relations skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• High integrity and discretion with confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely payroll for facility employees.
• Review timecards, identify discrepancies, resolve payroll issues.
• Audit payroll reports and maintain accurate payroll records.
• Ensure payroll practices comply with wage and hour regulations.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and employment paperwork.
• Maintain confidential employee files and HR documentation.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee leave documentation.
• Serve as a resource for payroll, benefits, policies, and HR questions.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
• Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Partner with managers to address staffing needs.
• Maintain information in HRIS and payroll systems.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, surveys, and regulatory docs.
• Support compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
