Job summary

Bear Valley Community Healthcare District is seeking an Accounting professional to join the General Accounting team. You will process bi-weekly payroll, ensure GAAP compliance, and prepare payroll-related reports for GL and OSHPD.

Qualifications

• College courses focused on accounting are required or preferred.
• 3 years minimum payroll and accounting experience.
• Hospital experience preferred; proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial statements per GAAP.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare and enter to GL payroll reports (Worker Comp, PTO, union deductions, benefits).
• Process manual payroll checks as needed.
• Handle annual/quarterly state and federal payroll reporting.
• Download and verify ADP payroll reports and manage document scanning.
