Job summary

Publicis Sapient in New York seeks a Principal to drive growth in its Management Consulting practice within the healthcare life sciences sector, delivering ambitious digital transformations and strategic guidance across the lifecycle.

You will lead senior client engagements, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate with strategy, experience, data, and technology groups to deliver measurable business value. Travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Strategy or Management Consulting.
• Experience serving healthcare life sciences clients.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Proven team management and mentoring across engagements.
• Strong executive presence with C-suite exposure.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
• Experience with operating model transformation or enterprise strategy in healthcare.
• Appreciation for Agile and technology-enabled transformation.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital and business transformation engagements for healthcare life sciences.
• Advise senior client executives with strategic recommendations that improve performance, patient/member experience and value.
• Mentor multidisciplinary consulting teams and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Support growth of the practice by recruiting, mentoring consultants, defining best practices, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate across strategy, customer experience, data, and technology to deliver innovative solutions.
• Work with strategy leaders in a cross-functional environment.
• Focus on how AI will transform healthcare for Fortune 500 clients.
• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
