Publicis Sapient seeks a Principal in Chicago to shape ambitious Digital Business Transformations for healthcare life sciences clients, delivering strategic advice across the transformation lifecycle.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams of management consultants, experience strategists, and technology engineers to solve complex business challenges and grow executive relationships for expanded engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Strategy or Management Consulting experience.
• Experience serving healthcare life sciences organizations.
• Led large-scale business and digital transformation initiatives.
• Managed consulting teams and mentored consultants across engagements.
• Strong executive presence with C-suite and senior healthcare execs.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Experience with operating model transformation or enterprise strategy in healthcare.
• Appreciation for Agile and technology-enabled transformation.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital and business transformation engagements for healthcare life sciences clients.
• Advise senior client executives with strategic recommendations to improve operations and value.
• Mentor multidisciplinary consulting teams and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Support growth of practice through recruiting, mentoring, and defining best practices.
• Collaborate across strategy, experience, data, and technology teams on transformations.
• Engage with strategy leaders in a cross-functional environment and learn from them.
• Focus on how AI will transform healthcare and accelerate outcomes.
• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships and expand engagements.
